GEM Group, Inc. (GEM) is a minority and woman-owned small business founded in October 2005 to offer high quality yet cost-effective environmental consulting services to both private and public clientele. 

We offer a variety of services including Environmental Site Assessments and Investigations. Our team of experts is dedicated to finding the best solutions for your business while minimizing your environmental impact. 

In 2020, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment identified a historical dry cleaner at a property which required additional investigation. Soil, soil vapor, and groundwater sampling identified the presence of elevated tetrachloroethene (PCE, dry-cleaning solvent).
