GEM Group, Inc. (GEM) is a minority and woman-owned small business founded in October 2005 to offer high quality yet cost-effective environmental consulting services to both private and public clientele.
GEM staff has a good understanding of Federal, State, as well as local regulatory agency programs.
GEM performs unbiased assessments of residential, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing properties. Projects include sites where air, soil, soil vapor, and groundwater have been contaminated by former and/or current onsite operations such as dry cleaners and gasoline stations. The conclusions and recommendations are made based on “actual” environmental concerns.
